Delete your account.

You can delete your Duravo account and everything stored against it at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app

  1. Open the You tab.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm. You may be asked for your password or to sign in again.

By email

Write to support@founderathlete.co from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Duravo account". We confirm by reply before deleting.

What is deleted

Your profile, your connected wearable and calendar links and the data read through them, your plans, routines and conversations with Duravo. Deletion completes within 30 days, except records we are required by law to keep. Disconnecting a wearable or calendar in Duravo does not delete the data at the provider; that stays under their own settings.
